Celtic Basic Plans offer basic health insurance with high deductible options, 80/20 Preferred Provider Organization plans, and a prescription drug option.  80/20 Preferred Provider options are those where the insurance company covers 80% of the copayment.  High Deductible Options are usually paired with low premiums so this is the ideal plan for those who are self-employed and young people who are unmarried.

Members are free to choose a primary care physician, specialist or other provider out of Celtic’s network; however the patient will pay more in the copay for the visit and/or care.  All insurance plans under Celtic cover routine checkups, preventive and specialty care, hospitalization and surgery, diagnostic testing and emergency care prescription drug coverage subject to variance in deductible and co-insurance payments.  Deductibles range from $500 to $5,000.

Health Savings Account Plans are for individuals and families that want to control their health insurance costs by combing low-cost high-deductible health insurance plans with network discounts.  Health Savings Accounts enable members to control where their health dollars are being spent, are flexible and follow the individual between jobs and between states if they decide to move.  Deductibles range from $1,500 to $5,000 for individuals and $3,000 to $10,000 for families.
