HSA 100 versus Plan 100 versus Copay Select 100
The HSA 100 plan’s monthly premium is $127.37. There is a $2,500 out-of-pocket deductible cost. For primary and specialist care there is no charge after deductible is paid. For annual OB/GYN and annual physical examinations, there is also no charge after deductible is paid. For inpatient and outpatient visits there is no additional charge after deductible. For drug coverage, there is no charge for drugs after deductible is paid for and the maximum annual benefit is $3,000.
For individuals, Golden Rule’s monthly premium ranges from $44 to $303. For families, Golden Rule’s monthly premium ranges from $160 to $1305.
The Network Copay Select plan’s monthly premium is $120.57. There is a $3,500 out-of-pocket deductible cost. For primary and specialist care there is $35 copay.
