Advantra Freedom PFFS plans are Private fee-for-service plans with original Medicare coverage with added benefits. Benefits include low or no premiums, coverage for preventive services such as routine vision exams and annual physicals, wellness services, and worldwide emergency room coverage when you travel.

Advantra Savings MSA plans are Medical Savings account plans which deposit funds from Medicare into the account. The funds used for Medicare Part A and Part B are counted towards your deductible. Advantra Savings offer savings and flexibility to those wanting more control over their health care money. This plan also has no provider networks so you can have more provider choices and see any doctors that accept Medicare.

Advantra plans consist of HMO, PPO, and POS plans. HMO plan members must use plan providers except in an emergency. As for PPO and POS plan members, you may go to any doctor or specialist in or out of network. You may have to pay more for services out of network but HMO members are responsible for all costs out of network. Advantra plans combine Part A, Part B, and Part D coverage with added benefits such as dental, vision, and no cost health club memberships.

AdvantraRx plans are “stand alone” Medicare prescription drug plans. AdvantraRx helps cover generic and brand name medications at over 60,000 participating pharmacies. You pay a monthly premium that varies by plan and get added benefits such mail order service and 25/7 customer service assistance.
