AmeriHealth HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) members choose their primary care physician from a wide network of participating doctors. Some features of the HMO plan include Wellness programs and Connections Program. The wellness programs include fitness reimbursement and discounts on alternative health care services. The Connections Program helps manage chronic conditions.
