Premera’s individual and family plans offer a statewide network of physicians and other healthcare providers as well as flexibility to use the doctors or health facilities you choose. You can also select from a wide array of benefits and deductibles: Heritage Protector Plus 20 provides catastrophic coverage in the event of major illness or accident. Preventive care is covered up to one visit per person, per year. Heritage Value Plus 30 is a low cost option providing coverage for illnesses and injuries. Deductibles range from $2,500 to $10,000. Heritage Preferred Plus 30 provides coverage for routine services including preventive care and major medical services.
