Ruby Medicare plans come in three different options; Ruby Option 1, Ruby Option 2, and Ruby Option 3. Monthly premiums range from $0 to $109 depending on the plan and deductibles are $0. Primary doctor copays range from $10 to $20 and specialist copays range from $20 to $30. All Ruby plans have built in prescription drug plans.

Green Medicare plan are Medicare plans that do not have built in prescription drug coverage. The monthly premium and annual deductible are both $0 and primary doctor copays are $15 whereas specialist copays are $25 per visit.

Sage Medicare plans have a monthly premium of $119 with no annual deductible. Primary physician copays are $10 per visit and specialist copays are $20 per visit. Sage Medicare plans have a built in prescription drug plan.

Navy Medicare plan is a Point of Service (POS) plan with a monthly premium of $179. There is no deductible and primary physician copays are $20 where as specialist copays are $35. Ruby plans offer prescription drug coverage  as well.

Orange Medicare plan are prescription drug coverage plans that do not include medical coverage. Orange plans have two options; Orange Option 1 and Orange Option 2. Orange Option 1 has a monthly premium of $31.70 and a $295 brand drug deductible. Generic copays are $2, preferred drug copays are $44 and non-preferred drug copays are $90. Orange Option 2 has a monthly premium of $46.20 with no annual deductible. Generic copays are $5, preferred drug copays are $30 and non-preferred drug copays are $90.
