BluePreferred HSA is a preferred provider organization (PPO) high deductible health plan that allows you the option of a Health Savings Account (HSA). BlueChoice HMO provides the cost savings of an HMO and the flexibility to choose your own provider from a broad network of primary care physicians, specialists, and hospitals.
